Service Description

A one hour follow up natural health consultation for returning clients who have been seen by me within the past 1 year. This includes an in depth discussion of symptoms, a full health history, current medications and supplements, primary issues, and 3 full body scans with dietary, lifestyle, herbal, supplemental, and other alterative recommendations. Additional supplements, herbs, & homeopathic drops can be purchased at an additional price. Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete your clinical appraisal and bring a list of all current medications and supplements/vitamins with you.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule within 72 hours, your deposit will either be applied to your rescheduled appt or refunded to you if cancelled. Note * If you cancel, you will not be refunded the processing fees inquired for your payment.
